We are planning to run positive mindfulness meditation classes in Kinross, Scotland during the autumn of 2018 and in St. Gervais/Chamonix during the winter of 2018/2019.
These classes will focus on brining aspects of positive psychology to meditation and mindfulness to help create greater well being in your life.
